My Process

My listing process is proven to get you more buyers and to sell your home faster and for more money than most other comparable listings do.  Whatever the market is, buyer's or seller's, a small investment in a make-over now will get the highest returns later!

STAGE

I will consult you on what small upgrades should to be done to prepare your home for sale based on your situation and will redesign your furniture layout using mostly your own furniture or renting some if required. To finish it off, I will provide additional accessories, lighting and decor as needed that will work with the style of your home while at the same time attracting the highest number of quality buyers!

LIST

Once your staging is done, I will arrange for professional photography, videography and floor plan to market your home to the widest audience possible and to attract potential buyers into your home and to make solid offers! 

SELL

I will work hard for you and do my best to sell your home fast in order to minimize the stress of showing the property on you and your family. I will also market your home aggressively to make sure you get the best price that your home deserves! My job is to make your life easier, and I will do everything I can and guide you every step of the way to make that happen!
